Steel helmet in an Eastern-inspired profile with a rigid face mask for full-contact armored combat. Built for clinch pressure and close exchanges while keeping forward vision usable. Stability comes from correct sizing plus liner/strap setup, helping reduce lift and rotation on impact. Serviceable straps and padding simplify maintenance between events. Designed with typical tournament inspections in mind; approval depends on rules and condition at control.

Product description

Helmet with mask for buhurt and other full-contact armored combat formats. The rigid face mask is intended to keep the front line covered in clinch work, where pressure, grabs and sliding strikes are common.

Dome geometry and the seating line are developed around typical head anatomy (occipital profile, brow line, nasal bridge height). Fit is achieved through correct sizing and by tuning the liner and straps, which helps limit shift on impact and keeps the helmet centered during active body movement.

  • Protection: the mask covers the face line; the dome shape spreads repeated impacts across the shell.
  • Mobility: a usable forward/diagonal view supports distance work and target tracking; balanced weight distribution reduces neck fatigue over rounds.
  • Service life: straps and padding are meant to be maintainable, so the helmet can be serviced between events.

Manufacturing is guided by historical sources and Eastern analogue prototypes, with combat-oriented detailing adapted for modern impact loads. The build is made with common inspection criteria in mind, but final approval is always made by event inspectors and depends on configuration, chosen build option and equipment condition on the day.

Use and care: check strap tension and fasteners regularly, dry the liner after fights, and clean sweat/salt to keep the fit stable and reduce corrosion risk.
