European Shield size L is a practical tool for buhurt and regular training where protection, tempo control, and predictable handling matter. The shape is based on historical prototypes and sources, while the build is tuned for modern full-contact impact loads.

Size: 60×75 cm — covers torso and shoulder line without excessive sail effect.
Thickness: 8 mm — provides rigidity and consistent feedback under heavy contact.
Fabric cover on both sides: helps reduce slipping, limits surface damage, and can be refreshed after hard use.
Strapping: arm pad plus shoulder strap — for stable carry, better angle control, and reduced fatigue over long rounds.

Built with maintenance in mind: straps, padding, and hardware are serviceable and replaceable as they wear. For event inspections, common focus points are covered edges/surfaces, secure fasteners, and no hazardous protrusions — this shield can be finished toward those requirements, but final approval always depends on the specific rule set and inspectors.
